How Do You Ensure Continuity?

Help new starters get up to speed with your compliance tasks

I want to talk about business continuity and new starters. When somebody leaves your organisation, taking with them years of experience, what is the quickest way to get new starters up-to-speed to be able to complete your Compliance Tasks? Currently, I imagine that there has to be lots of training and sharing of local knowledge. Somebody has to show the new starter where the relevant test and inspection locations are, where all the paper-work lives, how to complete it, and what to do if there’s an issue.
