An Easier Way to Record Accidents?

In this video, I want to talk about accident reporting. It is often laborious and complicated to do. If you’re still using paper-records to fill out your accidents, near-misses, or incidents then you’ll know of the challenges you face: Reporting and notifications are non-existent. Who has the paperwork, and where is it stored? It’s complicated to fill out correctly, and only certain people can do so with any confidence. Sifting through all the paperwork to check it, or to report on it, is a task that nobody envies. This is not the best use of your time.
